At every stage of the process Mike brought more to the project than expected. He was creative, insightful, flexible, and responsible. He was full of excellent ideas for the interior redesign, and worked tirelessly to be sure that we met our construction dates. At every phase Mike and his crew exceeded my expectations. He came up with multiple ways to solve every problem, many ways to save money, and created a whole new level of functionality in the kitchen and closets. When the project was finished, the transformation was radical and stunning. The condo had become an inviting, elegant, comfortable space that was a delight to see and to be in. Sky lights and clean cool colors brought life to the dim rooms; the shade structure cooled off the hot side of the building and doubles as an inviting outdoor sitting room, making the condo feel larger than before.
